58. Prosecutions.-

(1) Prosecutions under this Act for breach of regulations may be instituted by any board, or by any person authorized by the board in this behalf. (2) A Judge or Magistrate shall not be deemed to be within the meaning of section 555 of the Code of Criminal Procedure a party to, or personally interested in, any case under this section merely because he is a member of the board.
