2. Declaration of a certain stretch of Ganga-Bhagirathi-Hooghly river to be national waterway.-

The Allahabad-Haldia Stretch of the Ganga-Bhagirathi-Hooghly river, the limits of which are specified in the Schedule, is hereby declared to be a national waterway.
