The Joint-stock Companies Act, 1857

LXXVIII. Books of Company to be evidence.-

All books, accounts, and documents, of the Company, and of the Liquidators hereinafter mentioned, shall, as between the contributories of the Company, be prima facie evidence of the truth of all matters therein contained, and purporting to be therein recorded.
