Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act,1992

1. Short title and commencement. –

(1) This order may be called the Foreign Trade (Exemption from Application of Rules in Certain Cases ) Order, 1993.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
