S.O. 3248(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Footwear Design and Development Institute Act, 2017 (20 of 2017), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of October, 2017 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
