32. Expenditure on objects other than irrigation, power and flood control.-

The Corporation shall have power to spend such sums as it thinks fit on objects authorised under this Act other than irrigation, power and flood control and such sums shall be treated as common expenditure payable out of the fund of the Corporation before allocation under section 32.
