61. Removal of member of Credit Committee by Board

When a member of the Credit Committee fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings without, in the opinion of the Board, having reasonable cause there for or fails to perform any of the duties allotted to him as a member of the committee, his position on the committee may be declared vacant by the Board who may then appoint a qualified person to fill the vacancy until the next annual meeting of the credit union.
