242. Savings

1.      All rules, Regulations and by-laws made pursuant to the former Act shall continue in force until such time as new rules and Regulations and by-laws are made.

2.      Where a society is being dissolved or liquidated pursuant to the former Act, that Act continues to apply to that society.
