186. Absolute privilege respecting statements

1.      Any oral or written statement or report made by an inspector or any other person in an investigation undertaken pursuant to this Part has absolute privilege.

2.      Nothing in this Part affects the privilege that exists in respect of an attorney-at-law and his client.
