126. Furnishing financial statements

1.      Not less than ten days before each annual general meeting of members, a society shall make available to each member a copy of the financial statements and report of the auditor referred to in section 124.

2.      Where a society applies to the Registrar and he is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds, he may excuse the society from complying with subsection (1).
