125. Amendment of section 250.-

In section 250 of the principal Act,-

(a) in sub-section (1), the figures and word "248 or 249" shall be omitted;

(b) in sub-sections (9) and (10), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
