SCHEDULE II: OATH OF ALLEGIANCE

[Sections 5(2) and 6(2)]

I, A. B. _________ do solemnly affirm (or swear) that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of India and fulfill my duties as a citizen of India.
