An Act to provide for the development under Central control of the 2* * * silk industry and for that purpose to establish a Central Silk Board.

WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the development under Central control of the 2* * * silk industry and for that purpose to establish a Central Silk Board;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-
