21.Term of office of Vice-President:-

{Subs.by s.8, ibid., for the original sub-section.} [(1) The term of office of a Vice-President shall be three years or the residue of his term of office as a member, whichever is less.]

(2) A Vice-President may resign his office by notice in writing to the President and, on the resignation being accepted by the Board, the office shall become vacant.
