Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1886

1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1886; and

(2) It shall come into force on such day as the Central Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, directs.
