The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980

Chapter I

Preliminary

1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) This Act may be called the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of April, 1980.
