4[5. Declaration of Institutes as institution of national importance.-

(1) It is hereby declared that the existing Institute declared as an institution of national importance, before the commencement of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), under section 5 as it stood before such commencement, shall continue to be an institution of national importance.

(2) It is hereby declared that every corresponding Institute shall be an institution of national importance.

(3) It is hereby declared that every Institute established under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3, on and after the commencement of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), shall be an institution of national importance.]
