5 [21. Powers of other officers.

The powers of officers other than the Chancellor, the ProChancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, 6 [the Honorary Treasurer,] the Registrar and the Finance Officer shall be prescribed by the Statutes.]

(4) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
