For the integrated LLB-LLM programme, a senior secondary/higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent degree with 50% marks from any recognised Indian or Foreign board is required.Sikkim University follows semester system and hence a student will be continuously
evaluated through mid-semester test, term paper/field study, practical examinations, end
semester examinations etc. Students will be evaluated in terms of the rules of the University. It is compulsory for a student to attend at least 75 per cent of the class lectures in each paper/course. |
