Mahmoodabad Law College is affiliated to the Chatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur (university of Kanpur) and is duly approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi (Vide Letter No. BCI: D: 1190: 2006 (LE: Mtg.).
The activities of Mahmoodabad Law College are aimed at creation, dissemination and application of legal knowledge and practice to achieve the high ideals of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity of our nation as enshrined in our constitution.
Mahmoodabad Law College was founded on the 22nd day of February 2003, 20th Zilhij 1424 Hijri, is managed by shaheed Abdul Hameed Educational Society, an educational Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and has earned a very Prestigious reputation due to its various services to the nation.
The Society is dedicated to serve all the communities but in particular the socially and economically deprived classes and women.
