Hari Institute of Technology & Hari College of law was established in the year 2003 under the society named “Gramin Vikas Samiti” with the vision of Ch. Haripal Singh to establish professional institute in order to bring education to the common man.
The Society was formed a view to provide quality education to the students. The institutes established under the aegis of the society have a mission to be the nucleus of in their respective fields of education.Indian culture shows that all our Gurukuls were located outside cities.
