ULC as widely known is one of the premier institution imparting legal education in the capital city of Orissa since 1975. a constituent college of Utkal University started functioning first from the Utkal University campus, offering 3years LL.B. course only.
After having its own building the college shifted to it's own premises in 1996. The 5 years integrated LL. B (H) course was also introduced from the session 199798.
