The Capital Law College was established in the year 1982, in the heart of the State Capital, Bhubaneswar. It is one of the pioneer Legal Institution in the State of Orissa and is imparting three years LL.B. Course and Integrated Five years B.A.LL.B. ( Hons.) course with permanent recognition from the State Govt. of Orissa and is permanent affiliated to Utkal University.
It has also got permission by the Bar Council of India. It is situated in the side of the National High Way NH-5 in the Plot No.A/63, C.R.P. Square near Sambad Office, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar.Â

Any candidate having secured 45% or above mark in the +2 or equivalent examination is eligible for admission. In case of S.C./ S.T. candidates this is relaxable up to 40%.
The candidate should not be more than 20years of age as on the last date for receipt of application of that particular year.

Course Description:
A candidate desirous of admission into this course shall made an application to the Principal Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar on payment of Rs.200/-( Rupees Two hundred ) only in cash. Candidates desirous of obtaining the form by Regd.
Post should send Rs.250/-( Rupees Two Hundred Fifty ) only in shape of money order or Bank Draft deposited in any Nationalised Bank, payable at Bhubaneswar, drawn in favour of the Principal Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar.
Candidates selected for admission shall present themselves personally along with their parents/ guardians for admission. They would be admitted on payment of the requisite fees and after verification of their documents.

Course Description:
Selection for admission will be made on the basis of a Career cum Entrance Test. Out of total 100 points, Career Evaluation would carry 50 points and the Entrance Test would carry 50 points. Those candidates secured more than 50 percent marks are exempted from entrance test.
Each candidate shall have to pay the admission fees of Rs.7, 500/-(Rupees Seven Thousand five hundred) only. This fees is payable at the time of admission in cash. The Financially backward students are allowed to pay the said amount in two installments. The quantum of the fees may be changed in subsequent years.
