Padala Rama Reddi Law College was established in the year 1988, under the Chairmanship of Hon’ ble Justice T.L.N. Reddy, with the approval of Osmania University, Bar Council of India and Government of Andhra Pradesh.
From the date of establishment till date the P. R. R. Law College carries the tag "The most preferred Law College in Andhra Pradesh". Prior to 1988, thousands of students seeking legal education had to join colleges in the neighbouring States because of limited number of seats that were available in the Osmania University Law College in Telangana Region.
The infrastructural facilities in majority of colleges outside the State were reported to be inadequate. This has resulted to a great deal in the dilution of the standards in legal education and as a result the public was deprived of good and intellectual legal service from the Advocates coming out of such colleges.
During these 20 years the college proved to be one of the best institutions imparting legal education. The great skill, experience, expertise and administrative ability acquired by the Educational Society over the years have placed the College in good stead.
