The Panchami Educational Cultural Society (R), Bangalore, established during the year 2002 by a group of dedicated persons of vision and farsightedness with the object of disseminating education among the weaker sections of society so that they may play an effective and useful role in the progress and integration of the country.

Irrespective of caste, creed or colour are pursuing legal education for the younger weaker generation of Karnataka or India.The Panchami College of Law established in 2002-2003.

And the PCL is the Day College of 3 years degree course. The College library is fully equipped with law Books, Journals, Periodicals, etc., to cater for the needs of both the students and teaching staff and the college got its own Moot Court Hall.

The Principal and Faculty of the teaching staff are highly qualified, dedicated and experts in their own field, most of them being holders of Master of Law degrees. Plans are under consideration to start a new Five Year LL.B. Course for the benefit of P.U.C. Students.

1. LLB

The Course of study for the LL.B Degree shall extend over a period of Six Semester (3 years Course).Tutorials and seminars may be arranged in the subjects connected for the year and to train the Students, Moot courts are conducted, and the III years students will be taken round the courts in Bangalore in batches.
