Jyoti Bhushan Pratap Singh Law College was established in the year 2006. It is recognized by the Higher Education of Chhattisgarh Government and affiliated with Guru Ghasidas University at that time and it is presently affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Vishwavidyalaya Bilaspur a State University. The college is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi.
