Established in the year 2010, Children Welfare Centre Trust's Law College, located at Marve Road, Malad West on a sprawling campus, strives to produce competent law professionals year after year. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai and enjoys recognition by the Bar Council of India and Government of Maharashtra.

Course Description:

The college offers five years B.A./LL.B. integrated course. It is a ten semester law course. Admission is open to any candidate who has cleared their 12th standard examination from any recognized Board across India.
The first and the second year of the five year course, i.e. 1st to 4th semester, is a 'Pre- Law' course. The students of the five year degree program are awarded the B.L.S. (Bachelor of Legal Science) degree at the end of the third year, (i.e. 6th semester) and on completion of five years, (10th semester) the LL.B. degree is conferred

Course Description:

The college offers three years LL.B. course to candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree from any stream of the University of Mumbai or an equivalent degree from any other University. It is a six semesters, full time course. On completion of the three year course, i.e., after the sixth semester, the LL.B. degree is awarded.

Course Eligibility:	Admission of the students shall be made in accordance with the merits at the LL.M. Entrance Examination and marks secured at LL.B. Degree. Candidates seeking LL.M. Admission are required to appear for the entrance conducted by University of Mumbai. The minimum qualification for a candidate of general category applying for admission to the LL.M. Course is a LL.B. degree of University of Mumbai or a degree recognized as equivalent thereto. However, candidates belonging to reserved category may apply for LL.M. Course with a pass class. Students who have passed LL.B. Degree from other than Mumbai University are required to obtain Provisional Statement of Eligibility Certificate from Eligibility Section, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhavan, Santazcruz (E), Vidyanagari, Mumbai-400098.
