1st National Academic Law Fest - DROIT MELANGE 2018
The Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh has completed 120 years and is celebrating the same by launching its first ever National Law Fest - "DROIT MELANGE"

Events which are part of the Law Fest:
- Open Debate
- Client Counseling
- Law Quiz
- Maxim Bee
- Treasure Hunt
- Slam Poetry
- Skit (Nukkad Natak)
- Cultural Event (Fashion Show and Band performance)
The teams will be registered on 'first come first served' basis. An institution can send different teams for the events.
Law Quiz:
The area of interest for Law quiz are Constitutional Law, Personal Laws (Hindu, Muslim, Christian and Jewish), Laws of Contract (Sale of Goods Act, Special Contract Act), Law of Torts, Consumer Protection Laws, Company Laws, Criminal Laws, Environmental Laws, Property Law (Tangible Property and Non - Tangible Property), Labour Laws and Medico - Legal Laws.
Client Counseling:
The theme for client counseling is related to Personal Laws, Laws of Contract, Consumer Law, Criminal Laws and Constitutional Law.
