Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), 2010 LLB
Admission to GNLU is through Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) which is conducted for admission to 11 national Law` universities. The university offers three 5 year undergraduate law programs to the students: B.A L.L.B.(Hons), B.Sc LL.B.(Hons) & B.Com LL.B.(Hons). GNLU is recognized by UGC and Bar Council of India. It is a fully residential University. GNLU offers 160 seats in its 5 year LLB programs. Of these 10% seats are reserved for Gujarat domiciled candidates.
Since the admission to GNLU is through CLAT candidates need to apply for CLAT. Candidates can get the form of CLAT through designated branches of Indian Bank, State bank of India and all National Law Schools. Candidates can also download the form through the website www.clat.ac.in
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with atleast 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2010 can also apply. Also a candidate should be under 20 years (22 years for reserved categories) before 1st July, 2010.
