B.B.A LL.B. (5 Year)/B.A. LL.B. (5 Year)
As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant. The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 5 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 20 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicant it is limited to 22 years.
LL.B. (3 Year)
As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed the Bachelor's Degree in any of the faculties of any recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant. The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 3 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 30 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class, it is limited to 35 years.
Registration:
Filling of Entrance Examination Application Form & Entrance Exam Fee:
- D.D. of Rs.1000/- towards Entrance exam fee shall be drawn in favour of the Registrar B.V.D.U., Pune on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune.
- The D.D. shall be enclosed with the application form with name & address of candidate written on the backside of the D.D.
- The attested Xerox copy of the qualified examination may be enclosed with the form (except for those candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination & whose results are awaited.)
