2nd KSOL Parliamentary Debate 2015
School of Law, KIIT University, Odisha take great pleasure in presenting to you the second edition of Tarka Samuha's National Parliamentary Debate Competition - an Asian styled parliamentary debate (3 on 3).
Date: 13th - 16th March, 2015
Format:
- Inter-university Championship (Cross teams are allowed)
- Asian Parliamentary 3-on-3 debating competitor
- 6+1 minutes speech (including POIS) and a 3+1 minutes reply speech.
- 5 prelims rounds with different theme and motion
- Octa-final (8 teams), Semi-final and finals
Registration:
- You can register as an institutional team (n+1), cross team or as an independent adjudicator.
- The deadline for registering for the 2nd KSOL Parliamentary Debate, 2015 is 1st March, 2015.
- The deadline for depositing Registration Amount is 2nd March, 2015. Once participants have deposited the registration amount, they shall not be allowed to withdraw or back out of the competition.
- The final list of participants shall be notified on 5th March, 2015.
Payment Details:
- Registration Fees for Institutional Teams: Rs. 1,200 x 4 (3 Speakers & 1 Adjudicator) = Rs. 4,800 [Including Accommodation]
- Registration Fees for Cross Teams: Rs. 1,200 x 3 (3 Speakers) = Rs. 3,600 [Including Accommodation]
- Registration Fees for Independent Adjudicators: Rs. 1,200 [Including Accommodation]
For the 2nd KSOL National Parliamentary Debate, we are accepting payment only via NEFT/RTGS Transfer. Please note that payment only in full shall be accepted i.e. (n+1 rule)
NOTE: For teams who do not require accommodation, registration fee per head is Rs. 900/-.
