National Law University, Delhi - Admission 2015

National Law University, Delhi is pleased to announce the admissions for the academic year 2015-16 commencing from August, 2015.

Courses Offered:

  • B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)
  • LL.M.
  • Ph.D

Eligibility:

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) - Five Year Programme

  • Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2015 can also apply.
  • Age: Below 21 years as on 1st July, 2015 (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates).

LL.M. (One year)

  • LL.B. or an Equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability). The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/May, 2015 can also apply.

Ph. D.

  • LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).

Seats Allotment:

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)

  • 80 [70 seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit]. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET. Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.

LL.M. (One year)

  • 20 + 5 seats for Foreign Nationals. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET (No. of seats may vary).

AILET Test Centers:

  • Admission to B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes will be through AILET to be conducted on 3rd May, 2015 (Sunday). The test centers are as follows:

Chandigarh

Chennai

Cochin

Cuttack

Delhi

Guwahati

Hyderabad

Jaipur

Jammu

Jodhpur

Kolkata

Lucknow

Patna

Raipur

Varanasi

Mumbai

 

Registration:
Interested candidates should apply only online on payment of Rs.3000/- for General Candidates, Rs.1000/- in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PD) excluding service charges along with copy of requisite Caste/Person with Disability Certificate.

Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee. For further details relating to Application Form, Eligibility Criteria, Pattern of Entrance Test etc. visit University website: www.nludelhi.ac.in

The students should apply only online for admission through: http://nludelhi.admissionhelp.com, http://www.nludelhi.ac.in upto 7th April, 2015.

The admit cards will be available online w.e.f. 14th April, 2015 on the above websites.
