Indian Journal of Law and Technology (Volume 11): Call for Papers

The Indian Journal of Law and Technology is pleased to invite submissions for its 11th Volume due to be published in 2015.

The journal is a student-run open-access law journal, published annually by the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India (NLSIU). It is a matter of great pride for us that IJLT is the first and only law journal in India dedicated exclusively to the law and technology interface. It is dedicated to provide an exclusive law and technology interface and its issues in past have featured articles by distinguished luminaries in this area.

All submissions which deal with any broad area of law and technology are welcomed. In the past, the Journal has carried submissions in the areas of: hard and soft intellectual property rights, data protection, cloud computing, pharmaceuticals and access to medicines, intermediary liability, privacy rights, free-speech and openness, telecommunications policy and regulation, media and entertainment law in the digital age, technology, innovation and competition.

This list is however, merely illustrative and we are happy to discuss other areas of interest as well. We generally encourage submissions with a developing country perspective or a comparative approach that benefits the developing world.
