Date: 13th - 15th February, 2014
Venue: Hyatt Regency, Bhikaji Cama Place, Ring Road, New Delhi
The meeting will begin on Thursday evening, February 13, 2014, with a reception and dinner hosted by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and will be followed by two days of substantive programs that will be of great interest to lawyers advising on cross border transactions and investments. There will be numerous opportunities to network during the course of the conference. In addition, there will be opportunities to learn about and explore one of India's most dynamic and historic cities.
Substantive programs will include panels on:
India's new Companies Act, listing of Indian companies in the US, government procurement, the future of international arbitration in India, investor class action litigation, trade regulation, cross border franchising and much more.
