(A). Post Graduate Diploma in Air and Space Law (PGDASL):
The Post Graduate Diploma in Air and Space Law (PGDASL) is a unique initiative undertaken at NUJS, Kolkata. The Course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of Air Law and Space Law along with some fundamental principles of public international law related to air and space. The course would be extremely useful to the candidates having wide-ranging background, from legal to scientific.
Course Duration: One year
Mode: Distance education
Eligibility:
Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University. The course is also open to those candidates who are in the final year of Bachelor degree. However, the granting of the Degree (PGDASL) is contingent upon the successful completion of the Bachelor degree by the candidate.

Guidelines on Application and Payment of Application & Registration Fee:
- The Indian candidates must make the payment of fee by way of demand draft for Rs. 11,000/- (Rupees eleven thousand only) drawn in favor of 'WBNUJS PGDASL' payable at Kolkata. The filled in application form along with the demand draft must be sent to the contact address given below.
- The foreign / NRI candidates must make the payment of fee either by way of demand draft for US$ 600/- (United States Dollar six hundred only) drawn in favor of 'WBNUJS PGDASL' payable at Kolkata or in alternative, may make the wire transfer of US$ 600/- (United States Dollar six hundred only) to 'WBNUJS PGDASL' account. The details of the account for wire transfer are given below. Any cost involved in the payment of fee must be incurred by the candidates. The filled in application form along with the demand draft / wire transfer receipt must be sent to the contact address given below.

(B). Post Graduate Diploma in Business Laws:
The course is conducted through a flexible pedagogy and contact classes are held at the NUJS campus. Experts, in their fields, drawn from all over the country along with the NUJS faculty are involved in teaching the Diploma students.
Eligibility:
For the Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Law, the basic requirement is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
Course Fees:
The course Fees is Rs. 32,500.00 which should be paid by way of Pay Order/Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of "WBNUJS PGDBL A/c. No. SB01005532" payable at Kolkata.

(C). Post Graduate Diploma in Nuclear Law:
Post Graduate Diploma in Nuclear Law (PGDNL) is one of the most innovative courses in law offered by the WBNUJS, Kolkata in collaboration with Department of Atomic Energy, Anushakti Bhavan, Mumbai. In the background of growing importance of the technology and energy related laws, a study of nuclear law has great use for operators of nuclear plants, vendors, legal practitioners, officers of AEC and BARC and the students having both legal and scientific background.
This course is unique and highly useful in understanding the laws relating to liability for nuclear damage, nuclear safety and regulatory regime, nuclear non proliferation, nuclear safeguards and dispute settlement in addition to basic principles of nuclear law.
