GNLU Certificate Course on Law and Economics
Department of Economics, Gujarat National Law University is conducting a Certificate Course on Law and Economics from 15th - 24th Feb, 2013.
Course Fee:
The fee for the course is Rupees 2500/- only. The fee can be either paid by cash at the accounts department, Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, or by demand draft, in favour of Gujarat National Law University, payable at Ahmadabad. Participants will have to avail their own accommodation.

Economic Analysis of Law:
Economic analysis of law applies the tools of microeconomic theory to the analysis of legal rules and institutions. Economic concepts are used to explain the effects of laws, analyze the legal rules, which are economically efficient, and to predict which legal rules will be promulgated. The workshop intends to bring a rare opportunity that will be highly beneficial for understanding the concept of law and economics through a series of lectures comprising of critical analysis, discussions, etc.
