Admission to PG Diploma Course in Medical Law & Ethics and Cyber Law
The National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi is pleased to announce admission to Post-graduate Diploma Course in Medical Law & Ethics (PGDMLE) and Post-graduate Diploma Course in Cyber Law (PGDCL).
Post-graduate Diploma Course in Medical Law and Ethics (PGDMLE):
Applications in the prescribed form are invited for admission to the Post-graduate Diploma Course in Medical Law and Ethics . The number of seats for the course shall be 50. The course will be spread over a period of one year with classes being held on weekends and holidays.
The minimum qualification for admission shall be a Bachelor's Degree in any subject of a recognized University. However, preference shall be given to those who possess a Bachelor's Degree in any system of medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, hospital administration or a Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by NUALS
Post-graduate Diploma Course in Cyber Law (PGDCL):
Applications in the prescribed form are invited for admission to the Post-graduate Diploma
Course in Cyber Law. The number of seats for the course shall be 50. The course will be spread over a period of one year with classes being held on weekends and holidays. The minimum qualification for admission shall be a Bachelor's degree in any stream or a Bachelor's degree in law recognized by NUALS. Preference will be given to those who possess a degree in law.
Application Forms:
Application forms can be obtained from the office of the NUALS during working hours on payment of INR 500/-(INR 250 for SC/ST candidates). In such cases, a Demand Draft for INR 500/-(INR 250/-in respect of SC/ST students) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, The National University of Advanced Legal Studies" payable at Kochi, towards Registration Fee shall also be submitted along with the filled-in application form.
Deadline:
The last date for receipt of filled in applications is 23rd November, 2012. Self attested copies of certificates to prove date of birth, qualifications and experience shall be attached along with the application.
Incomplete applications and applications without Registration fee will be summarily rejected. Further details regarding the course are available on the website.
