Convenor of AIBE, Mr. Gopal Sankarnarayanan, has clarified the queries about All India Bar Examination (AIBE) which is proposed to be held in December. The growing concern of students over the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) about various uncertainties regarding AIBE modules, receiving admit cards, getting through the help-lines etc led to such a release by the Convenor.

Following are some of the clarification made by the Convenor:

Date of Registration: BCI has extended the last date of registration from 31st October, 2010 to 15th November, 2010 as per the numerous requests made by candidates and State Bar Councils.

Graduates enrolled for AIBE: An estimate of 21,000 graduates have registered for the AIBE so far, out of those who have enrolled after graduating in the last year. There are many who never enroll after obtaining their law degrees, and so, the registered candidates out of the total number of law graduates would not be accurate.
