International Banking and Investment Law Moot Court Competition 2012
International Banking and Investment Law Moot Court Competition - 2012 is organized by the Seedling School of Law and Governance, Jaipur National University, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Eligibility:
- The Competition is open to all students, enrolled bonafide on a regular basis in an Undergraduate/Post Graduate law course or its equivalent conducted by any recognized Institution/College/University established by law. Those students who are pursuing any Banking and Investment Law Course/Programme conducted by any recognized Institution/College/University are also eligible to apply. However in such cases, the final discretion shall lie with the M.C.C.
- Any recognized Institution/College/University shall be entitled to send only one Team to the Competition.
- The participating Team shall comprise of a minimum of two Members and a maximum of three Members. In a Team comprising of two Members, both the members shall be designated as Oralists. In a Team comprising of three Members, the third Member of the team shall be designated as Researcher.
- The participating Team may comprise of 5 Members, the other three Members of the team shall be designated as Researcher. Any additional Member or Team Coach of any Team shall not be recognized and will not be entitled to a certificate from the M.C.C.
Accommodation:
Accommodation and food will be provided to the participants only during the days of the competition. Teams who intend to arrive prior to or leave after the specified dates will either have to make their own arrangements or make payments therefore. Accommodation facility can be availed from 17th October 2012 (5 p.m.) onwards, which may extend upto 21st October, 2012 (12 p.m.). Beyond this the above mentioned rule shall apply.
Registration:
Teams from India have to make the payment of the registration fee through a demand draft. The demand draft should be remitted in favour of "Jaipur National University, Events" payable at Jaipur.
Teams from Outside India shall make payment through Bank Transfer. All Transfer Fees must be paid by the Transferor in US $ or Euro only. The transfer must indicate the name of your University as the transferor for your university to be given credit for having paid the registration fee.
