UGC National Seminar on "Judicial Process Emerging Trends"

Judicial process means any judicial proceeding in connection with the dispensation of Justice by any court of competent jurisdiction. The judiciary is one of the pillars on which the edifice of the constitution is built. It is the guiding pillar of democracy. Everything done by judge in the process of delivery of justice is called judicial process.

This judicial process basically confined itself to the study of 'is' to 'ought' of the law and judicial process is basically 'whole complex phenomenon of court working' and what went wrong with this phenomenon of court working is the issue of this seminar.

Call for Papers:
