In 2008, the finalists of the competition were Cornell Law School, USA and Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, USA with the latter emerging as the winners. The year 2009 saw a close final between the Government Law College and NALSAR University, Hyderabad, with the latter emerging as winners. In 2010, the semi-finalists were King's College, London, NALSAR University, Hyderabad, Indian Law Society's School of Law, Pune and the National Law University, Delhi, while the team from Delhi took the coveted trophy.
