International Review of Law: Call for Papers
The International Review of Law is pleased to announce a call for papers for its second edition due for publication in late 2012. The International Review of Law (IRL) runs from the College of Law at Qatar University.
It is an open-access bilingual journal of law published by Bloomsbury Press and open to scholars and practitioners from around the world. It is an ambitious project with the commitment of becoming a distinguished international review and a platform for legal scholarship on a range of contemporary subjects. The Journal is published twice a year with five articles in each edition.
Call for Papers:
Submission of full papers must be made along with an abstract.
Themes:
Articles should discussing legal issues from different jurisdictions & disciplines around the world in any field of law. The paper may be comparative, interdisciplinary, practical, or theoretical of broad interest at a domestic or international level.
Word Limit:
Although, there is no word limit but they prefer anything around 4,000 - 10,000 words.
Selected authors from each issue are subsequently invited to Qatar to conduct a guest lecture, as a guest of Qatar University. An abstract of published articles will be provided in Arabic and English and made available both online and in print, and selected submissions in each edition will be published in both languages in full.
