Third All India Corporate Law Moot Court Competition 2012
The competition seeks to expose the participants to newer vistas of corporate law and develop in them an understanding towards practical aspects of corporate law.
Date: 21st - 23rd September, 2012
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to all students, enrolled bonafide on a regular basis in an Undergraduate law course or its equivalent conducted by any recognized Institution/College/University.
- Any recognized Institution/College/University shall be entitled to send only one team to the competition.
- The participating team shall comprise of a minimum of two members and a maximum of three members. In a team comprising of two members, both the members shall be designated as Speakers. In a team comprising of three members, two members shall be designated as Speakers and the third member of the team shall be designated as Researcher.
- Any additional member of any team shall not be entitled for local hospitality or for any award declared under the "Rules" of the competition. No team coach is allowed to accompany any Team.
- Accommodation shall be provided to the participants only from 20th September (evening) - 23th September (morning). Teams who intend to arrive prior to or leave after the specified dates are required to make their own arrangements
Registration:
- Each team shall register with the MOC by filling up the Team Registration Form and send it via email at mcc@nludelhi.ac.in
- The last for registration for the competition is 30th August, 2012.
- Under no circumstances shall the registration form be accepted after the last date of registration
