USIBC's 4th Annual Legal Services Conference in India
The U.S-India Business Council is the premier business advocacy organization representing America's top companies investing in India, joined by global Indian companies, with an aim to deepen trade and strengthen commercial ties.
USIBC was formed in 1975 at the request of the government of the United States and India to involve the private sectors of both countries to enhance investment flows between the United States and India. Our primary mission is to serve as a direct link between business and government leaders, resulting in increased trade and investment.
The U.S.-India Business Council's Legal Services Executive Committee will host the 4th Annual Legal Services Conference in India. The two-day conference, entitled "The New Normal: Succeeding in Uncertain Times," will provide a platform for the top legal minds from the U.S. and India to discuss project finance and India's infrastructure needs, censorship and content restrictions, and the effects of India's tax policy on mergers and acquisitions and direct investment.
