Proforma Application Form for All India Bar Examination with list of Exam Centres

Please note that the Proforma Application form has to be filled in and sent to us the Bar Council of India which inturn shall allot a registration number for the Applicant advocate.

Please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the application form.

1. Please take a print out of the Proforma Application Form.
2. Please fill the form in English and Block/Capital Letters using a Black Ball Point Pen Only.
3. Please do not make any stray marks on the proforma application form.
4. Please enclose a copy of required certificates/documents (details provided in the application form) and Demand Draft in an envelope along with this application form while sending it to Bar Council of India.
5. Incomplete or wrongly filled application forms are liable to be rejected.
6. Please paste the photograph in the appropriate box with gum/ adhesive. Please do not staple the photograph.
7. Please ensure the photograph is a recent passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) photograph only.
8. Demand Draft of Rs. 1300/- (Rupees One Thousand Three Hundred only) should be drawn in favor of "BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA" payable at New Delhi.
9. Proforma Application Form along with supporting documents & Demand Draft to be send by courier / registered post to "Bar Council of India, II Floor, 225 Phase III, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi-110020."
