1st NLIU - Juris Corp National Corporate Law Moot Court Competition 2010

The problem for the 1st NLIU - Juris Corp National Corporate Moot Court Competition 2010 is based on emerging corporate law issues. The Competition shall be held from 26th - 28th November 2010 at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

Language: The competition shall be conducted in English language only.

Eligibility:The Competition shall be open for students who are pursuing three or five-year LL.B. Degree Course in the Universities. LL.M. Degree Course students are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

Team Composition:Each team shall consist of a minimum of two members and a maximum of three members. This team composition cannot be altered under any circumstance. Every team shall consist of two speakers. Teams may have only one researcher. No additional member in any capacity can be part of any team.

REGISTRATION:Teams must confirm participation by 30th September 2010 by sending an email to mca.nliu@gmail.com with the subject as "Confirmation for 1st NLIU - Juris Corp National Corporate Law Moot Court Competition 2010."

Duly filled registration form along with a draft of Rs. 1000 in the favour of Director, National Law Institute University, Bhopal (payable at Bhopal) shall reach the organizers latest by 19th October 2010 on the following address:
