WB National University of Juridical Sciences - Admission to PG Diploma in Business Laws
The P.G.D.B.L. has been developed by W.B.N.U.J.S., India's leading national law school, in partnership with Rainmaker, a professional education company focused on the legal ecosystem. Candidates enrolled for the programme will have continuous faculty support through the duration of the programme. The support will be provided through online as well as offline.
P.G.D.B.L is designed to facilitate quick and comprehensive understanding of business laws. The programme will introduce you to the legal environment by discussing indispensable topics such as contract law, banking law, company law, property law, taxation law, property law, private and public international law, laws on foreign direct investments and intellectual property law. Additionally, it will help you get a better perspective and understanding of new areas of business law related to competition, takeovers and securities.
Duration:
There will be 14 courses, spread over one year in 2 semesters 6 months each. Each semester will have 7 courses.

For online registration, the fee can be paid through Credit Card, Debit Cards, Online Transfer Net Banking, and Demand Draft.
For payments via Demand Draft, the D.D. has to be made in the name of WB NUJS CLSB 01100006 payable at Kolkata. The draft must be ready before you fill the Registration form.
You need to enclose the DD along with the certificates and send it to the above address. For payments through any other means, please attach a copy of the payment receipt mailed to you upon completion of payment.
