University of Kashmir - Directorate of Distance Education: Admission 2012
The University of Kashmir established the Directorate of Distance Education in the year 1976 with the view to impart education in different disciplines through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode. The Directorate of Distance Education has been offering many academic courses/programmes and undertakes a diverse range of activities.
The Directorate is housed in a multi-storied building with well-equipped library, excellent student support services, audio-visual lab, conference hall, well furnished classrooms, and a computer lab with latest Information and Communication Technology (lCT) facilities.
Eligibility:
LL.B (Academic):
Graduate in any discipline passed from the University of Kashmir or from any other recognized University/ Institute.
P.G. Diploma in Cyber Law (PGDCL):
The qualification of the candidate must be:
- Graduate in any discipline with (10+2+3) pattern
- Any Law graduate / LL.B. (Professional)
- Possessing any other qualification/degree which is recognized by the University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto
Submission of Application Forms:
Deposit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200/ per programme - at any branch of J & K Bank on the slip which shall be automatically generated with the pre-filled form against the Account Number: 0007010100002622 payable at J & K Bank, Hazratbal.
After depositing the fees, the candidate shall preserve the hard copy of pre-filled application form for future reference and need not to submit the hard copy in the Directorate of Distance Education. Students can check the status of the form after two days after depositing the fee in the bank. In case there is any correction in the form please contact enquiry cell with documentary proof of the Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir immediately for updation.
The last date for submission through the Online Form is 8th June, 2012.
