University of Mysore - Admission for LL.M, BA LL.B (5 Year Integrated Course), PG Diploma Courses and M.Phil
The Prospectus with Application form may be obtained from 09-07-2010 in person in the Administrative Office, Manasagangotri, Mysore-570 006 or from the respective Post- Graduate Centers, on payment of Rs.200/-. The candidates can also get Application form with prospectus through post, by sending Demand Draft for Rs. 300/- (Rs.100/- towards Postal Charges). Candidates may also download the Application form from the University Website: http.uni.mysore.ac.in and submit the same with a demand draft for Rs.200 (Two Hundred only) as application fee, in case of entrance examination courses another Demand Draft for Rs.400/- towards the entrance exam fee drawn in favour of the "Finance Officer, University of Mysore", payable at Mysore. The entrance examination fee is Rs.400/-.
The Entrance Examination will be held from 13.08.2010 to 19.08.2010 at Manasagangotri Campus, Mysore 570 006. Separate application form should be submitted for admission to each course and also for seeking admission to one and the same course at different Post-Graduate Centers.
The filled-in application form in all respects along with necessary certificates and copies of marks cards should be submitted to the Chairpersons of respective Department of Studies at Manasagangotri, Mysore 570 006 on or before 10-08-2010 (latest by 5-00 P.M.), except application for M. Phil Degree. The last date for admission to M. Phil Degree course is 30-09-2010. The candidates who intend to join for M. Phil course are required to contact the Chairperson of the concerned department of studies in this regard.
The admission tickets of the Entrance Examination shall be collected in person from the Chairperson of the respective Department or from the Departments/ Colleges where the applications are submitted on or before 10-08-2010. The results of the entrance examination will be announced on 23-08-2010 in the departments where the applications are submitted.

Eligibility Requirements
LLM (Constitutional Law, International Law, and Business & Trade Law): BL/ LLB (3 years/5 years) of the University of Mysore or from any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.
Five Year Integrated Masters Degree Course: Higher secondary school exam (10+2) or equivalent with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in all core subjects and English language put together. Age not more than 20years on date of application, relaxable by 2 years for SC/ST candidates. Application through Entrance Test.
M. Phil: LLM degree of this University or any other recognizes university which is equivalent to with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate, 50 % in case of SC/ST.
PG Diploma in Criminology and Correctional Administration: Any degree of this university or other university with 50% marks for general candidates and 45% for SC/ST.
PG Diploma in Human Rights and Duties Education (2 semesters): A candidate shall hold either LLB Degree or BA in Political Science from the University of Mysore or Degree recognized as equivalent thereof.
PG Diploma in Intellectual property Rights and Information Technology Law (2 semesters): A candidate shall hold either LLB Degree from the University of Mysore or Degree recognized as equivalent thereof.
