Seminar on Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) - New way of doing business

The Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) concept is simplistic in approach and also has a sense of futuristic vision. This provides form of a body corporate having limited liability, unlimited capacity and complete flexibility as to the operations and internal structure. It has also attracted keen interest from Indian groups who have either set up new LLPs or converted existing companies into LLPs. Given the tax and regulatory construct of LLPs along with the opening up of foreign investments, LLPs present themselves as a powerful opportunity to structure businesses in India. As the LLP presents a business structure it also raises concerns related to compliance, clarity on tax structure, governance issues etc.

In the same context, ASSOCHAM in association with FAPCCI is organizing a Seminar on "Limited Liability Partnership - New way of doing business - Time for clarity -" to discuss & deliberate about issues & concerns need to have clarity.
